At GrowJungle, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your plants. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping and return policies.


Shipping Details

  • Shipping Day:
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Track & Trace:
    Track and trace information will be sent to you on Sunday evening before your package is shipped.

  • Delivery Partner:
    Unless stated otherwise, your order will be handled by DPD.

  • Winter Shipping:

    • We include heat packs and extra protection to keep plants warm during colder months.
    • If temperatures drop too low, we may postpone shipping to protect plant quality.

What to Do if Your Package is Lost or Damaged

  • If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@growjungle.com or +31853018964. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Policy

  • Returning Plants:
    Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not possible.

  • Mistakes or Issues:
    If we’ve made a mistake with your order or if there’s an issue with the plants you received, we are committed to finding a suitable solution, such as refunds or replacements.
