Shipping Day:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. -
Track & Trace:
Track and trace information will be sent to you on Sunday evening before your package is shipped. -
Delivery Partner:
Unless stated otherwise, your order will be handled by DPD. -
Winter Shipping:
- We include heat packs and extra protection to keep plants warm during colder months.
- If temperatures drop too low, we may postpone shipping to protect plant quality.
